The cost is $99.
We’ll meet once a week via Zoom. The day/time will be decided on after all participants have registered. You will have a chance to share wins, get coached on obstacles you're facing, and be part of a supportive and encouraging community while going on your own personal wellness journey.
You'll also be invited to a private FB group, "Fall Into Wellness" where I'll share content, videos, printable worksheets, answer questions, etc.
*All Zoom calls will be recorded for you to playback if you have to miss a week.
