Making healthier decisions doesn’t have to be boring, hard, or time-consuming.

And it doesn't have to be entirely food-focused either. 

This program is for you if:  

  • You feel like something is missing or something is just "off" in your life and are ready to make a change. 

 

  • You frequently bounce from diet to diet, never finding anything that works for you.

 

  • You're ready to try a different approach, where you get to the root of some issues that are holding you back.

In this program we'll explore:

The program will run from:

October 2nd - October 30th. 

The cost is $99.

 

We’ll meet once a week via Zoom.  The day/time will be decided on after all participants have registered. You will have a chance to share wins, get coached on obstacles you're facing, and be part of a supportive and encouraging community while going on your own personal wellness journey.

You'll also be invited to a private FB group, "Fall Into Wellness" where I'll share content, videos, printable worksheets, answer questions, etc. 

 

*All Zoom calls will be recorded for you to playback if you have to miss a week.
