Back to B.A.S.I.C.S is a not a one-size-fits-all, cookie cutter program.

It is completely customized to focus on what YOU need at any given point in your journey. 

Back to B.A.S.I.C.S 

Using the foundations of the Back to B.A.S.I.C.S program, you will explore topics around, but not limited to:


  • Beliefs - Are yours limiting you and your potential? Are they outdated and in need of an update so you can reach your goals? 

  • Activity - Find ways to move your body in a way that feels amazing. Exercise for enjoyment, not punishment. 

  • Sleep - It's so basic, but most of us don't realize how a lack of sleep can be wreaking havoc our bodies in more ways that one. 

  • Intake - With food journaling, you will find what foods give you energy and what foods take energy away.  You'll also practice mindful eating techniques and re-learn how to listen to your body's internal cues around hunger. 

  • Compassion - Would you ever tell your best friend... "Wow, your thighs look so big in those jeans" or "I can't believe you just at that piece of pizza. You're such a pig." Nope - you probably wouldn't be friends. So be your own biggest cheerleader! 

  • Stress - For most of us, it's inevitable. But how are you coping with it? You shouldn't feel physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted every day. Let's discover strategies that work for you in YOUR life.

  • Complimentary 30 min. Health Strategy Session

  • 2 - 45 min. Foundational Sessions - assessments and inventories will help us co-create a plan to reach your goals based on your strengths and weaknesses

  • 10 - 45 min Customized Coaching sessions with ME (not a recording)

  • Email/text support as needed throughout your journey

  • Curated information such as journals, videos, and worksheets, customized for your unique needs

Private Personal Training Sessions

I love helping clients who are just getting back into a fitness routine (or who are brand new) and are intimidated by going to the gym. Working with a personal trainer is a great way to get personalized attention and build a solid foundation of physical fitness. 

  •  1:1 training sessions (local clients only at this time)

  • Understand which exercises are best for your unique body and the goals you want to achieve

  • Improve overall fitness including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility
